Abstract This article presents data on the properties of sliding contacts during rotation axis a device for pre-sowing treatment crop seeds, considers issues automation intermittent power supply and measurement electrical conductivity temperature parameters seed material in process electrotechnology. At same time, contact resistance circuit, normalized moistening sowing depending type plants, was taken as basis physical model. Smart system takes into account soil (type, density, moisture content). In initial period treatment, penetrates from outside. therefore, time humidification are main factors.
